Usability test

Ik mocht vandaag bij een usability test van een nieuwe webapplicatie aanwezig zijn. In een prachtig en smaakvol ingericht pakhuis in Amsterdam mochten we meegenieten (via camera’s) met 10 gebruikers die de applicatie testen. Frustrerend, verrassend, geruststellend, hilarisch (!), maar vooral heel heel heel erg nuttig en interessant.
